Wholesale boutique dresses are becoming a very popular seller, especially
for the Caribbean and African market. Whether the dresses are being sold in the United States,
Trinidad, Nigeria, Zambia, or Dubai, I have compiled a few selling tips which can help you maximize your sales.
Tip #1
Present the dresses in a well furnished store. Remember, shoppers want to feel that they
are getting what they pay for, and believe me the atmosphere goes along way to influencing
the way women will perceive the dresses that you have.
Tip #2
Charge the full retail price. If you are going to offer a discount, do not make it a large one.
Customers purchase boutique dresses with the expectation of paying high prices for them,
so why undersell them when you know that they are ready to pay more for them?
Tip #3
Always rotate your merchandise. Shoppers want to see new dresses when they visit your shop.
Ensure that you are always receiving new stock for your store. If you are working on a limited budget,
and can only purchase a small number of dresses, do not display them all at once, but take turns
in bringing them out.
